Construction/Project Management Following completion of design and associated contract documents, there remain a myriad of tasks leading to a successful final project. We offer a total range of PM services from the bidding phase through construction completion and sign-off.
Review and processing of shop drawings, material tests, change orders, pay requests, and inspection field reports encompass the major emphasis during construction. Many other documents and responsibilities may be included where required. Periodic meetings, reports, and presentations may also be incorporated in the scope of services.
