Nature Coast Consultants, Inc. is a Florida Corporation offering temporary professional services for local government, engineering and architectural consulting firms, and contractors, on an hourly fee basis, by contract. We can supplement staff by relieving staff overload or function as a temporary staff addition, We can fill a staff void due to personnel departure or while awaiting a new hire. We are available to serve as a sub-consultant on specific project/task assignments. All services are on a part-time basis, on the premises, on the job site, or out of our office Fees would be computed at a straight hourly rate plus "out-of-pocket" expenses, with travel time computed one-way. A Scope of Services would be prepared to describe the client needs and expectations. Services are offered in several areas. For instance, Project Management is a term that has evolved to mean different functions and responsibilities, depending upon the type of entity, government, consultants or contractors. Because of our broad experience and a direct contractual arrangement, we are able to fully represent our client's interest in any one of these three entities.
